Hire a hot cupboard for your event, and say goodbye to plating beautiful food onto cold plates! You can use the flat top of this hot cupboard as extra work space, cold plate preparation, or, add a 1200mm light gantry, and turn the whole thing into a heated pass.
Bring the flat top hot cupboard up to temperature quickly by plugging it into a normal electrical supply. These units use ordinary domestic power, but if plugging into a generator please be aware that they require 3kw! You can use the digital display to quickly ensure it is up to temperature before adding cold items.
Our Flat Top Hot Cupboard is a fantastic tool for both professional temporary kitchens and outdoor event setups. Made from stainless steel, with a double skin for excellent insulation, this hot cupboard provides space to keep gastronorm pans or plated meals at a perfect serving temperature. Because it is mounted on swivel wheels, it can be easily moved into position by one person, then locked into place using the brakes.
Inside the cupboard are shelves which can be used, if you’re putting plated goods in, or removed if you have bigger items to store here. You can fit 344 10” plates to keep them warm, or up to 48 plated and ready to serve meals
