We have two finishes available – a dark parquet and a lighter oak version. They are priced exactly the same so you can choose whichever works best in your venue. Most hire the oak dancefloor for lighter rustic settings, whilst the parquet is popular choice for indoor venues and darker themes.

Whilst the sizes above are given as basic squares as a stepping off point, we can install a  dancefloor to any size, from 15ft x15ft and up, to the closest 3ft. Just let us know what you need in the notes section when making a quote request. 

It can be hard to know what size dancefloor you need for your event. Your first consideration is your space! How much space do you realistically have in your marquee or venue to give up to dancing? Secondly, how many guests do you have, and are they going to dance? You know your guests better than anyone and if most are content with a chat over a cup of coffee after dinner, maybe a huge 24’ x 24’ dance floor isn’t for you! 

When you’re considering dancefloor hire, the one thing you don’t need to worry about the impact of high footfall in a such small area don’t be. Our dance floors are designed with foot-stompers and heel-scrapers in mind – the oak floor is a commercial grade laminate, making it resistant to any dents and scratches. The parquet is made of solid wood; able to withstand years of partying. 

Each tile has an aluminium frame ensuring overall sturdiness of the structure, and the edging pieces make a soft sloping edge: no trip hazards here! Make the dancefloor even safer by hiring poseur tables or oak barrels – dot them around the edge of your dancefloor and subtly encourage drinks and glasses to be left to the side!

It includes all the edging pieces and any hole pieces you might need to go around a marquee pole. We’ll even mop it after setting up to make sure you have a pristine surface ready for the first dance.
