How to build your quote online
All our prices are displayed next to all our hire items. However, a full quote is still important as it includes any additional fees, like transport and cleaning, and allows us to check whether or not we can help you.
Getting a full quote is simple and can be done right here. If you need help using our site, instructions are below!
Human interaction is vital to our quality process, so we ask that when you’re finished, please send it to us for checking. One of our office team members will go through your quote and ensure we can help. We aim to get back to you in one working day.

Search for products
Use the search bar to find what you're looking for, or browse our categories in the menu if you need some inspiration. When you find what you need, choose your quantity and click 'add to quote'. This will add it in your basket.

Our hires are for a standard hire duration of up to five days, If you need a longer hire, please get in touch.
How Event Hire Works
View your Basket
Edit your quote in your basket by clicking on 'view your quote' on the top right, or on the basket icon at the bottom. Here you can adjust your quantities or delete items. Click 'update cart' when you make changes to see price adjustments.

Get an Estimated Quote
When you have everything you need, go back to 'view your quote' to see an estimated total below your products. You'll see an estimated cleaning fee, damage waiver and VAT. If you add your postcode, we can estimate transport costs too.
If a price estimate is all you need, you can stop here!
Understand Our Fees
Send your Quote Request to us
If you like the price and want to check our availability, send the quote to us for checking. Click 'finalise quote' or 'proceed to checkout'. Here, you'll input some details like your name, address and venue address - this is for us to accurately check our availability and to send a full quote. We aim to get your finalised quote back to you within one working day.

Quotes come with no cost and no obligation. If you decide you'd like to go ahead just let us know! From then on you'll be dealing directly with a member of the team, either by phone or email.
