YES Hire is an event equipment hire company based in North Yorkshire, established in 2013.
We are here with two aims:
- to provide high quality furniture, catering and tableware hire for all events
- to provide an exceptional hire service with great communication, efficient delivery, competitive prices and a washing up service!
YES Hire supplies equipment for every type of event. We hire to wedding couples, event planners, hotel managers and everyone in between! From conference halls and ballrooms, to outdoor music festivals and marquees, to garden parties and small tasting evenings: we can help.

Yes, our high-quality products are priced competitively and leased at a longer-than-standard rate (up to five days!) And, yes because we are based near Thirsk, we are beautifully placed to deliver across the whole of Yorkshire! But that isn’t all…
We aim to stand out from the crowd by providing an unbeatable service, that is as high-quality as our hire products.
- We have a dedicated office team who will deal directly with your queries every week day between 9am and 5pm – no AI at YES Hire.
- Delivery is carried out by trained staff who are experienced in rural deliveries (we aren’t scared of fields!). They’ll set up your furniture and kitchen equipment according to your requirements, and deliver crates to the most convenient spot.
- Our standard hires are up to five days of hire – with the industry standard being three. That means, if you wanted, you could get delivery on Thursday, and collection on Tuesday and not pay a penny more!
- We offer dirty return service. Put all your tableware items back into the boxes dirty for us to wash here. Save your time, or staff wages, and let us do the work!

We offer longer than normal hire periods, free furniture set up with delivery, kitchen set up and testing when hiring catering equipment and a dedicated delivery fleet that includes 4×4 vehicles for reaching the less accessible venues. Plus, our office team are in the office every week day between 9am and 5pm and are more than happy to offer advice on what to order for your upcoming event.

Getting a quote for event and catering equipment hire is quick and easy with us. You can browse products and them to your basket by category, or browse everything at once if you need inspiration.
You can also use our quick quote option which displays our entire product range and allows you to add directly to the basket without clicking each product. You can browse all products, or select a category for a more specific view. You can them just enter your required quantity for each product and add them all at once.
