Hire your tables from YES hire and furnish your Yorkshire venue with the exact table you had in mind for your event. We have everything from round tables of every size, to rectangular tables for making long banquet-hall style set ups. If you need to hire tables for a large event in Leeds, Durham, York, or any other North-East venue, you’re in the right place!

For an unusual and striking choice, you could consider a very large table, our oval table, pictured here, seats up to 18 guests in one space making for an intimate setting even for large groups or families.

As well as dining tables, we hire poseur tables and oak barrels – perfect items for encouraging guests to move away from the bar and mingle in specific area. We also offer a range of small cafe-style tables, which are great for relaxed gatherings, and to give a little extra table space at your garden party! And of course we hire cake tables, so you can showcase your wedding or birthday centrepiece.

We also have several catering tables for hire. Both stainless steel prep surfaces (which can be hired with heated light gantries!) and standard 2ft x 6ft catering tables for prep. We also hire table leg extenders set to lift your tables to a working height – your chefs and kitchen staff will thank you!

Our hire tables are strong, robust and foldable. They are suitable for all uses, but they’re also light and easy to move around your venue should you need to change your space from dining room to ball room! That said, why not use YES Hire’s delivery service to take some of the pressure of event set up away? We don’t just leave your tables at the door of your venue, we will do the whole set up and breakdown for you!

As well as providing the best delivery service in Yorkshire, we also have a dedicated team in office 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday, ready to offer advice on the best tables to match your guest numbers and seating plan. No AI responses and waiting weeks for a reply – YES Hire are here to help!

Don’t forget that some of our tables do require tablecloth hire which we can also help with!
