Table leg extension may be an addition you haven’t previously considered, but they’re an invaluable addition to multiple event work spaces. From prep areas for caterers and chefs, to demonstration tables at fairs and exhibitions, and even to the humble buffet table, adding a little extra height to your work surface genuinely helps to protect the backs and necks of your staff.
Raising the height of a standard table just an extra six inches removes the need for stooping to work. Whilst this may not be necessary for short events, they really do make a difference to your hard working chefs who may be working over these tables for several hours.
The extra height of the table also gives extra stacking room underneath – those used to working in field kitchens or catering tents, know only too well that extra space to store glass trays and plate boxes is invaluable!
The extension set includes 4 pieces, one for each leg. Each piece is made of heavy-duty steel that will not bend or wobble. They are secured using a screw thread that is easily attached and removed without any need for brute strength. The final touch is a rubber bung in the end to ensure stability on even the smoothest floors.
