Our delivery service isn’t just about great service and high-quality hire equipment – we also travel further than you might think!
With our warehouse located near Thirsk, we are well placed to cover towns like York, Leeds and Middlesborough, as well as rural locations in the Yorkshire Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors.
See the info below on estimated prices for us to deliver to your venue! We charge £1.50 + VAT per mile from our warehouse, and only charge for loaded journeys (ie when we are carrying your equipment to you, or bring it home after the event).
Don’t forget all our deliveries come with set up service as part of the package: heaters, dance floors, stages, tents are set up for you. Furniture is laid according to your floor plan. Tableware boxes can be carried to wherever you need.

Event hire delivery to Topcliffe, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Thirsk and other locations less than 10 miles away
- £100 minimum order
- We charge £15 +VAT per loaded journey for all deliveries under 10 miles.

Ripon, Thirsk, Boroughbridge, Wath.
Alternatively, come and collect at our warehouse!
Event hire delivery to Harrogate, Northallerton, Easingwold and other locations within 10- 20 miles
- £100 minimum order
- We charge £15–£30 +VAT per loaded journey, depending on your exact location.
Towns we cover:
Northallerton, Knaresborough, Easingwold, Masham, Harrogate, Ripley, Bedale
Event hire delivery to Leeds, York, Bradford, Barnard Castle and other locations within 21-40 miles
- £250 minimum order (before VAT)
- We charge £31.50 – £60 + VAT per loaded journey, depending on your exact location.
- Towns we cover:
Leeds, Bradford, Castleford, York, Leyburn, Barnard Castle, Middlesbrough, the West of the North Yorkshire Moors
Event hire delivery to Barnesley, Doncaster, Durham, Scarborough and other locations 41 – 60 miles away
- £400 minimum order
- We charge £61.50 – £90 +VAT per loaded journey, depending on your exact location.
Towns we cover:
Doncaster, Barnsley, Hartlepool, Durham, Whitby, Scarborough, Sunderland, Sedbergh, Driffield, Filey and the Yorkshire Dales
Event hire delivery to Newcastle, Lancaster, Penrith, Beverley and other locations 61 – 80 miles away
- £450 minimum order
- We charge £91.50 – £120 +VAT per loaded journey, depending on your exact location.
Towns we cover:
Newcastle, Penrith, Windermere, Kendal, Lancaster, Huddersfield, Blackburn, Sheffield, Beverley, The east Yorkshire coast
Event hire delivery to Manchester, Nottingham, Hull, Lincoln and other locations 81 – 100 miles away
- £600 minimum order (before VAT)
- We charge £121.50 – £150 +VAT per loaded journey, depending on your exact location.
