Yes. Every plate, glass, knife, fork and piece of tableware is professionally cleaned and checked before it leaves our warehouse. Everything arrives packed securely in hard-sided and is ready to go straight onto your tables.
Not if you use our dirty return service (which we highly recommend!). If using a dirty return, we simply ask that food is scraped from the crockery and all items are packed back into the same boxes they were provided in. We’ll carry out the washing and polishing when everything returns to us. If you choose not to use the dirty return, we ask that they are returned to us in the condition they arrived in (washed, polished and packed correctly).
Yes. Guest numbers often change during the final few weeks before an event, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate additional items or amendments, subject to availability. It’s one of the reasons many customers choose to hire rather than purchase their tableware.
Accidents happen, particularly during busy (or particularly wild!) events. If an item gets broken or damaged during your hire, don’t panic. We count everything back in so we will work out the bill for anything lost or damaged, and only charge for replacement if your damage waiver falls short.
Our standard hire period is up to five days, giving you time to prepare before your event without feeling rushed. If you need your tableware for longer, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to arrange an extended hire as long as we have the stock available.
