Generally used as a serving dish for vegetables and salads, this large 12” wide bowl could be used for extra healthy-sized mains too – pasta for example. Ideal for use both on buffet tables and as centre serving options on set tables, they can be used alongside our serving spoons and serving forks to make the full complement.
The wide rim of the bowl, similar to our other white plates, means that despite its size it can be easily handled, even when full of hot steaming veggies. The curve of the bowl also allows heat to be contained in a smaller area than a serving board or plate, keeping food toasty on the table for longer.
As with all our standard plates This side plate is made of fully vitrified porcelain meaning it’s tough to damage. You won’t have to worry about it chipping easily or scratching during your get-together.
So, if you’re serving piles of cous-cous and cold pasta salad at a buffet, or just needing a couple of extra-large bowls for the vegetables at that extended family dinner – these bowls may be the right option for you.
