This is our compact and powerful infrared food warmer – designed to improve your food service. Because our Infrared food warmers are made from lightweight aluminium they are robust and easy to wipe down, ensuring they can withstand the demands of catering environments. They’re also lightweight and portable, plugging into to any normal domestic socket – a versatile addition to your kitchen tool kit!
The lamps on the infrared food warmer are adjustable, from 600mm to 800mm, which grants you precise control over the heat distribution, ensuring your dishes are presented at the optimal temperature. This feature becomes especially handy when accommodating various serving dishes! Designed to accommodate our standard gastronorm pans, as well as any other smaller dishes , our food warmer will keep your dishes warm and ready for service. The lead is over a metre long, allowing you to position the warmer at the most convenient point within your workspace.
Because our infrared food warmers are powered by your normal electrical supply, don’t forget to mention them if you’re using a generator! The lamps provide the heat, via electricity, and the aluminium reflectors then direct and harness the heat. They ensure an even and consistent distribution over your dishes, and guarantee that your food remains at the ideal temperature without any possibility of overcooking or drying out. Weighing just 3.75kg, it won’t add much to your tabletop and is easy to transport should you have more than one potential workspace.
If this is too small for what you need, you might need to consider a heated pass, which you can set up using our 1200mm hot light gantry and a hot cupboard, or, even bigger, our stainless steel tables and 1800mm hot lights!
