The rich blue-green colouring is the striking feature of this bowl. The Jade bowl has natural variation across the glazed surface, which creates plenty of depth and texture. It makes a particularly effective backdrop for lighter ingredients such as fresh greens, or brightly coloured sides that contrast with the blue tones.
